June and July were very good months this year! In fact this was the best fishing since 2005! Any year I can "handle" over 1000 striped bass in 2 months is a very good year! Every bass is not a "keeper" but most were in the 24"-27" range. The 18" to 23" fish of past years have grown up! I also had more "legal & better" bass in the boat since 2005!

Now we have to see what will happen in August! Usually we have lots of bluefish and fewer bass but I have not had a bluefish in the boat yet this year! Could this mean striper's all summer? Keep checking the web site or email me for up to date info!
