September is a great month! Cool mornings and warm days with bass & bluefish feeding up for their journey south. It is a little sad in that the season is ending soon, but exciting because we have to get the most out of every chance we get to fish!!! Yesterday (with 2 anglers) I had 12 striped bass, 1 at 33"s, and 23 bluefish in the boat! Not a bad way to spend a day and certainly not a bad memory to carry you through the long winter! I cannot guarantee this every day but it is by no means unusual to boat at least 20 fish.
