After finding tinker mackerel so easily yesterday, I made a major fisherman's mistake and assumed they would be there again today. Wrong!! I did find plenty to fish with, both tinkers and large fish but not what I was hoping for, so I went back to the river. I would say that charter fishing has officially arrived for 2009! I do not take people for boat rides and somebodies, cousins, friend that caught a keeper does not cut it for me. When I can come back from mackerel fishing, put a tinker down and catch a fish, it is time to take charter clients fishing and I did exactly that today.

 I took 8-10 drifts, landed 11 striper's and 2 were keepers! Now I can sleep at night knowing the clients who have booked with me will catch fish!!

 Let the games begin!!
