The fishing for the first three days in June has been better than the past several years, and the fish are bigger! While the mackerel have not been "everywhere" like last week, they are availible and large. Maybe the big bait, big fish concept is in play. Most of my fish were taken at the mouth of the river but there have been fish through out the entire river system chasing bait. There have been some great surface feeds the likes were have not seen since before the 2006 Mothers Day floods and again, the fish are bigger.

 Now if we can just keep the wind & thunder to a minimum........
