Amazing water temps!

I just posted two SST charts on my site (Merrimack River Fishing Report) showing the current water temps and last year on May 1, 2011. It is warmer now than last year!!
As soon as there are docks in the water I am going out to explore!! I usually find a few, very dark schoolies in May. I'm convinced they are hold-over fish that stayed for the winter. With these water temps, will they chase a lure??? I cannot wait to find out!
