I had heard from a friend that the stripers were back a couple of days ago so yesterday I caught the end of the tide and a striper almost immediately! The only issue was the river was still rolling in from the east winds and I had to lead it to the side of the river like a puppy to safely release it! Sinking the boat for a fish is not cool so I waited for today to try again and caught schoolies and keeper sized bass. I also found a few 10# bluefish to round out the trip!!

 There seems to be lots of fishing and catching left in this season!
