The stripers are certainly here but sometimes it takes a few more passes to get them to "eat". Water temps are in the low 60's and to compound matters, there are a few Bluefish around chasing the bait! Mackerel are here but not easy to find. They are hit & miss, eating on the run. We did have a 40" striper in the boat on Fathers Day. Chris & his son Charlie chose to release it to fight another day!
