Newburyport is located just 35 miles north of Boston and is accessible by Routes 95, 495 and 1.

By Car: FROM ROUTE 95: Take exit 57 and follow signs to downtown Newburyport.

FROM BOSTON: Take Route 1 north to Route 95 north to exit 57. Follow signs to downtown Newburyport.

FROM ROUTE 495: Follow to Route 95, then south to exit 57. Follow signs to downtown Newburyport.

FROM EXIT 57:

*Go toward Newburyport, there is a Mobil gas station on your Left.

*From the Mobil station it is 1.1 miles to a Global gas station on Left, start counting streets.

*The 5th street on your Left is Woodland Street, you will see a Blue Hospital sign before you can see the green street (Woodland St.) sign.There is a white Anna Jaques Hospital sign on your right too. Take left on Woodland St.

*At the bottom of the hill, at the Stop sign, take a left onto Merrimac St.

*The 2nd Right is Merrimac Court (old entrance to Ferry Landing Marina) continue approximately 1 city block.

*You will see a sign for Newburyport Boat Basin on your Right. There are several boats in the lot. Newburyport Boat Basin is in the back, at the river. This "sounds" more complicated than it is. You will be the people looking a little lost and I will be the guy waiting to take you fishing.
