Newburyport is located just 35 miles north of Boston and is accessible by Routes 95, 495 and 1.

By Car: FROM ROUTE 95: Take exit 57 and follow signs to downtown Newburyport.

FROM BOSTON: Take Route 1 north to Route 95 north to exit 57. Follow signs to downtown Newburyport.

FROM ROUTE 495: Follow to Route 95, then south to exit 57. Follow signs to downtown Newburyport.

FROM EXIT 57:

*Go toward Newburyport, there is a Moblie gas station on your Left.

*From the Mobile station it is 1.1 miles to a Globe gas station on Left, start counting streets.

*The 5th street on your Left is Woodland Street, you will see a Blue Hospital sign before you can see the Green Street sign.There is a white Anna Jaques Hospital sign on your right too. Take left on Woodland St.

*At the bottom of the hill, at the Stop sign, take a left onto Merrimac St.

*Take 2nd Right onto Merrimac Court to Ferry Landing Marina.

*If you pass Merrimac Ct. you will see a sign for Ferry Landing Marine (formerly Kathy Ann's Bakery) on your Right. There are several boats in the lot. Ferry Landing Marina is in the back, at the river.
