For a nicely seasoned but not over-powered fresh fish dinner try this.....
2 Tablespoons of Olivio or margarine (it does not burn as easily as butter)
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (or minced garlic if you like)
Melt Olivio and mix ingredients. Pour some liquid on heavy foil then place fish on top, pour rest of liquid on top. Tent the fish and put on grill. I cook approximently 10 minutes then open foil & cook 10-15 minutes more. The fish is fully cooked when it flakes with a fork. Enjoy!
