Bob LaFleur brought his 2 key guys down from Jay Maine again this year as a reward for working hard at his restaurant. They had steady action and went home with six bass for their efforts!

 Ben  and his mom Sandra Bulduc from Wilmington Vermont had quite the fishing day! After catching a supply of mackerel for bait we went back to the river. On the first drift, Ben caught his first keeper, a nice 29" striper! He caught several other nice fish and then he caught bottom, or so I thought! Then it started taking drag. Frankly I was beginning to think Ben had caught the first Atlantic Sturgeon on Summer Job, the fish just would not come close to the boat! Eventually Ben landed a 46" monster that we took photos of and after a lengthly revival time were able to release it, confident of her survival!
